What we do and who we are

Here at The Flo Co. our goal is to provide a holistic model of best practice care to every one of our patients. To have you feeling relaxed, supported and cared for no matter the reason you're visiting our clinic. Our main focus is on Women's Health and all that encompasses, but we are fully equiped to treat all sports injuries, occupational injuries and beyond. We provide services such as pelvic health, continence support, massage, dry needling, taping, scar management, breastfeeding support and mastitis care, pilates, exercise program prescription, plus more. 

Founder and Principle Physiotherapist Penny Ralph (BHSc Physiotherapy- AUT University Auckland). 

Recently, My husband, my 3 beautiful children and I decided to move back to the motherland, New Zealand after living/working in Australia since 2012. I wanted to use all the skills I had learnt abroad to help our community . I have over 11 years experience as a physiotherapist, with notable professional development training through the Australian Physiotherapy Association in Women’s Health, Pelvic Health, Dry needing and Acupuncture, Sports Physiotherapy and Pilates training through both DMA and the APPI. 

After having three babies of my own, I have found my calling in Women's Health Physiotherapy. My dream was to create a space women felt safe, where they could come to prepare, to heal and to restore. With The Flo Co. I have created this, this space is yours.
